This page tells you the terms and conditions on which we supply any of the products listed on our website www.hn-nutrition.eu to you. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before ordering any Products from our site. You should understand that by ordering any of our Products you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

At checkout, please click on the check box marked " I have read and agree to the Privacy Policy" if you accept them. Please understand that if you refuse to accept these terms and conditions, you will not be able to order any Products from our site.

We are registered in Spain under company number B55275754 and with our registered office at: C/ Major 72, 17700 La Jonquera, Spain

Availability and Delivery

We aim to dispatch your order within 24 hours of receipt and it should be with you within 2 to 3 working days of dispatch. Weekends and Bank holidays are not classed as working days. Because we use a third-party delivery service, these times are estimates and not guarantees. However, please let us know if you do not receive your order in good time and we will look into the matter.

All descriptions, product images and weights are those of the original manufacture and are intended to give a general description of the goods. The weight to be shipped includes the weight of packaging for the goods.

Price and Payment

Prices include VAT but exclude delivery costs, which will be added to the total amount due before you place your order. You are given the option of correcting any errors before you confirm your order to us.

We will charge your credit or debit card at the time of checkout.

All payments shall be made in Spain Euros.

Our Returns and Refunds Policy

You can, within 14 calendar days of receiving a Product ordered from www.hn-nutrition.eu ("Site") return any Product that you are not completely happy with. 

Once you decide to return any Product you must not use it and must take good care of it while it remains in your possession. The Product must be returned to us undamaged, unsoiled, unaltered and in the same state that it was sold to you.

Please note we will refund you in 14 calendar days from the date on which we receive the returned the product(s) to the specified address (please see above). Any refunds made by us will be made to the method of payment provided when you placed your order and will be subject to www.hn-nutrition.eu right to withhold amounts for products which are found damaged on return. You will be refunded the amount you paid for the product(s) returned excluding any delivery charges (if appropriate). In other words, we will refund you the cost of the Products but not your delivery charges.

When breakages occur during delivery, we require photographic evidence from you to demonstate that the product is indeed broken. If we are satisfied that the product has been broken, and that the damage has been caused in transit, we will refund the price of the product in full.

We will usually refund any money to the card used to pay for your purchase.

When a product is past it's sell by date, we require photographic evidence from you to demonstrate that this is the case. If we are satisfied that we have supplied an out of date product we will refund the price of the product in full.

Events outside our control

We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations that is caused by events outside our reasonable control (Force Majeure Event).

A Force Majeure Event includes any act, event, non-happening, omission or accident beyond our reasonable control and includes in particular (without limitation) the following

(a) Strikes, lock-outs or other industrial action;

(b) Civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war (whether declared or not) or threat or preparation for war;

(c) Fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic or other natural disaster;

(d) Impossibility of the use of railways, shipping, aircraft, motor transport or other means of public or private transport;

(e) Impossibility of the use of public or private telecommunications networks;

(f) The acts, decrees, legislation, regulations or restrictions of any government.

Severability

If any of these terms and conditions are determined by any competent authority to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable to any extent, such term, condition or provision will to that extent be severed from the remaining terms, conditions and provisions which will continue to be valid to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Our right to vary these Terms and Conditions

We may revise and amend these terms and conditions from time to time.

You will be subject to the policies and terms and conditions in force at the time that you order products from us, unless any change is required to be made by law or governmental authority (in which case it will apply to orders previously placed by you), or if we notify you of the change to those policies or these terms and conditions before we send you the Dispatch Confirmation.

Law and Jurisdiction

Contracts for the purchase of Products through our site will be governed by Spain law. Any dispute arising from, or related to, such contracts shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Girona at Spain.
